Who Can We Help?
You don’t always need a doctor’s referral for physiotherapy treatment. If you’re not covered by any insurance, that’s fine, you can always make an appointment and settle your own bill (our fee schedule is listed below) Some patients will need a referral so check out the tabs below for more info or give us a call.
- Initial Consultation: $110
- Standard (follow-up) consultation: $100
- Pensioner Consultation: $75
No Doctor’s referral is needed for self-funded patients.
- Our Tyro terminal can process your health fund claim on the spot.
- Check your level of cover with your individual fund.
- You’ll need a referral from your doctor.
- Bring your claim details and any scans or test reports related to your injury.
- We’ll liaise with your doctor and insurance company along the way to plan your recovery and return to work.
- You’ll need a doctor’s referral. These referrals are valid for 1 year.

- We work with a number of NDIS plan managers in the local area.
- Ask your plan manager to get in touch with us regarding your physiotherapy needs and goals.
- You may be eligible for up to 5 physiotherapy visits to assist in the management of chronic and complex conditions.
- You’ll need a doctor’s referral and a Management Plan drawn up by your local GP.
- Medicare provides a rebate towards the cost of each visit.
- You will need to pay for your consultation up-front and Medicare will rebate back into your bank account, usually within 48 hrs.
